WILDHORSE GOLF CLUB - TOURNAMENT ENTRY FORM
Tournament Dates (TWO DAYS): May 19 & 20, 2012 (first tee times 10:00 AM)
You MUST be a member of the Wildhorse NCGA Golf Club to play in this tournament. Membership applications are available at this website and in the Pro Shop.
TWO DAY - COMBINED - Individual Medal Play with OPTIONAL NCGA Net Amateur Qualifier
Each Player plays his/her own ball. Handicap is deducted from gross score. Handicaps will be adjusted for players playing from different tees: Men – White; Women – red; otherwise players receive 100% of handicaps.
You do not have to sign up for the qualifier to play in this tournament or win prizes. If you wish to try and qualify to represent the club at the Net Amateur regional on Sept. 13, and potentially at the Championship on Oct. 15th & 16th, 2010, at Poppy Hills, you must indicate your desire to try and qualify and pay and additional $20 entry fee for travel expenses to be paid to the winners. The top 4 players who elect to qualify will win. In the event of a tie for 4th place in the qualifier portion of the tournament, the tie will be broken by sudden death hole by hole with “pops” for handicap differential. The Qualifier Portion of the tournament will be a separate flight all by itself. Individual prizes will be based on the other flights.
Entry Fee if trying to qualify: $130 per player - $142 if riding (Annual Pass Holders call for price). NOTE: entry fee includes $20 per player that will be used to deffer travel expenses for winners, as well as prize money for that day’s tournament.
Entry Fee if NOT trying to qualify: $110 per player - $122 if riding (Annual Pass Holders call for price.)
Prizes (overall 2 day), closest to pin (Saturday only). Optional gross and net skins for additional fee.
